Pre-employment training

We provide training, based on world-class best practice, to develop employability skills and get people job-ready. This training includes basic manufacturing techniques and principles, as well as providing an understanding of sustainability and its impact on the workplace.

Our employability training helps participants to develop generic skills for the workplace including the fostering of a positive attitude towards work. CV writing and interview techniques are an essential component of the training.

Our vocational training can be tailored to prepare participants for work in a wide range of sectors and industries.

Employer relations

Our experienced employer engagement and support staff aim to make the recruitment and training process as painless as possible for employers. We will manage all the day-to-day aspects of employing apprentices or temporary staff, including the provision of payroll services.
