Working with James and Daniel Freeman, NAC supported a Logistics project focused on production layout, purchase order management, vehicle and load planning, customer complaints control and general project management, on ways to increase efficiency across the entire process.

James Freeman, Managing Director said ‘We have received significant benefits from this intervention such as improved Production efficiency, Purchase Order systems and controls, Logistics improvements in the Transport control and the recent Food Standards Award which we could not have achieved without the help of the Logistics expertise from NAC.'
