We can meet your key labour needs. Recruits are available through our Training Division, and they can be carefully matched against your requirements. Any skills gaps can be readily identified and addressed. This service is mainly intended to meet the needs of industry, including the emerging low carbon sector, but we can also meet the needs of other employers.

Preparing and presenting candidates

We aim to ensure that potential recruits have the attributes and skills that are sought by employers. All our agency staff are carefully coached and trained so that they can make the most of their personal capabilities and skills.

Managing the account

We will respond to the changing needs of employers. We will support all our apprentices and agency staff with necessary training and development. We will minimise the effort required by the employer, by overseeing the day-to-day management and administration of the account.
